Therapeutic Services
We offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — an evidence-based approach shown to be effective for anxiety, depression, low mood, grief, chronic illness, and life transitions, among others.
Sessions are available face-to-face at our Central Glasgow practice, online via video call, or by telephone. We also run group work programmes throughout the year and offer a free 20-minute initial call so you can find out if we're the right fit before committing to anything.
Individual sessions are £80 for 50 minutes.
What We Offer
Consider It Therapy is based at Baltic Chambers in Central Glasgow. We're a small practice with two things at our heart: helping people understand their feelings and responses, and providing great spaces for other practitioners to do the same.

Therapy Room Hire
We know how hard it can be to find a comfortable, accessible, and well-equipped space to work from, so we made ours available to other practitioners.
We have two fully furnished therapy rooms at Baltic Chambers available to hire from 90 minutes to a full day, with WiFi included and the same access to facilities as our in-house team. Both rooms are suitable for therapists, counsellors, psychologists, coaches, and other wellbeing practitioners.
