Consider It Therapy is a small therapy practice based at Baltic Chambers in Central Glasgow, offering face-to-face, online and telephone therapy for individuals aged 18 and above.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, grief, chronic pain, or simply feeling like something isn't quite right, we're here to help you work through it at your own pace. We offer both short- and long-term therapy, tailored to your needs.
We are committed to providing an inclusive, anti-oppressive and gender-affirming space for all our clients. As individuals with lived experience of neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ issues, creating a space where everyone feels genuinely welcome isn't just something we say; it's something we mean.
From time to time, we also run small group work programmes focusing on a specific issue, such as social anxiety or seasonal affective disorder. If you'd like to be kept in the loop about upcoming groups, get in touch, and we'll add you to our list.
Meet The Team

Naomi Aoife Bowers
A neuropsychology-informed CBT therapist with a particular interest in chronic illness, anxiety and the stories we tell ourselves.
Sarah Liebing-Gow
A CBT therapist and mediator whose background in the arts and live events shapes a grounded, human approach to anxiety and life transitions.
We met during our training and discovered a shared belief in working collaboratively and respectfully with people, centring each client's unique identity and personal journey.
We decided to go into practice together to create a safe, comfortable space where clients can explore their difficulties, unpack their thoughts and feelings, and work towards greater self-understanding, at their own pace. We are committed to empowering our clients today and in the long term.
